The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials and supplies required to repair, replace, remove stoppages, and install existing and new HVAC systems as required. This includes the provision of all replacement parts and component systems required for existing building HVAC systems in accordance with all original equipment manufacturer specifications. The services shall include, but not be limited to: General Maintenance - preventative maintenance activities for existing HVAC systems at City owned Municipal Housing properties. Standard Service & Repair - reactive maintenance and repair activities to address failures or stoppages for existing HVAC systems at City owned Municipal Housing properties. Emergency Service & Repair - reactive maintenance and repair activities during after-hours or weekends to address failures or stoppages for existing HVAC systems at city owned Municipal Housing properties.
