Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Frisco is seeking the services of a professional consulting firm with extensive knowledge of HRIS, Benefits and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to perform the following: • Perform a needs assessment related to current use of the Tyler MUNIS Enterprise ERP software to include recommendations on current and future strategy. • Develop a complete RFP package for an HRIS, Benefits, Payroll and Timekeeping system. Other modules may be added based on the results of the needs assessment. • Provide assistance with RFP vendor evaluation, demonstrations, questions and contract negotiation for the selected solution. • Optionally provide project oversight for the implementation of procured system(s). The City would like to perform a high-level needs assessment on all functions being handled by Tyler MUNIS Enterprise ERP system today. The City of Frisco anticipates that exploration of the current system will assist with future planning and delivery of best-in-class service.
