Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Proposer shall adequately screen all employees and, where applicable, independent contractors, who may be involved in providing services under this contract to determine the appropriateness of their working at a public school facility. The successful Proposer shall take all necessary precautions for the safety of students, school employees and the public, and shall comply with all applicable provisions of Federal, State and Municipal Safety Laws. Successful Proposer agrees that they are fully responsible to the District for the acts and omissions of any and all persons whether directly or indirectly employed by them. They shall maintain such insurance as will protect them and the District from claims or damage from personal injury including death, which may arise from operations under this contract. The successful Proposer must be prepared to provide an adequate work force and inventory of vehicles, materials and equipment. It shall be the successful Proposer(s) responsibility to ensure continuation of service. The successful Proposer(s) must provide adequate training for all contracted employees providing services under this contract. The successful Proposer(s) must make employees aware of the requirements of the contract including, but not limited to delivery requirements, alarm procedures, and any other information which may be necessary to properly provide the specified services.
