Specifications include, but are not limited to: MOWING AND EDGING ACTIVITIES, OCTOBER THROUGH FEBRUARY 7.20.1. Remove all litter from grass areas, sidewalks, and parking areas prior to mowing. If litter is mowed, the mowed litter shall be picked up. 7.20.2. Remove all fallen limbs from grass areas, sidewalks, and parking areas prior to mowing. 7.20.3. Mow and edge Area A, including the area along Norwood Park Blvd (Ref. Attachment A - Locations, once per month. 7.20.4. Sweep building entrances every time services are performed. 7.20.5. Remove any debris, including grass clippings, leaves, and litter from building entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas. 7.20.6. Maintain a turf height of three inches or below, without scalping the turf. 7.20.7. Edge sidewalks, curbs, around buildings with a stick edger andremove all grass clippings from each mowing and edging operation as scheduled. 7.20.8. Perform string edging around all beds, trees, sign posts, utility posts, buildings and any object that has grass around it. NOTE: When inclement weather exists or existed, TxDOT will determine the work activities to be performed. If raining, the vendor will call TxDOT to determine if work can be performed. 7.21. WEEDING ACTIVITIES 7.21.1. Weed all rock, hedge, and shrub beds once per month. 7.21.2. Remove all vegetation from parking areas, sidewalks, driveways, islands, and curbs. 7.21.3. Remove all dead weeds and maintain a clean and neat appearance continuously
