Seabourne Creek Regional Sports Complex is a two hundred (200) acre Sports Complex consisting of: (3) Lighted Youth Baseball Fields (1) Lighted Youth Softball Field (1) Lighted Adult Baseball Field Located at 3701 Fountains Dr., Rosenberg, TX 77471. Seabourne Creek Regional Sports Complex (SCRSC) services as the home to Rosenberg National Little League as well as the Rosenberg Roughnecks. Sports Field Maintenance Requirements Successful bidder shall preform mowing service for the five (5) ballfields Services shall be completed using an eight (8) blade reel mower at 7/8” height. Mowing services shall be completed two (2) times per week. Maintain and edge all infields to prevent grass encroachment into the infield. Edging fence lines of all five (5) ballfields inside and outside. Monitor and maintain all settings for the irrigation system. The City of Rosenberg shall be responsible for all repairs necessary to the system, unless those repairs are necessitated as a result of the actions or inaction of the Contractor. System shall be tested and checked weekly by the Contractor. Any problems shall be reported to the City of Rosenberg Parks Director within forty-eight (48) hours. Maintenance Schedules / Performance Report Contractor shall provide the City with a maintenance schedule, mutually agreed upon by both parties. A performance report shall be provided monthly by the vendor to Parks and Recreation staff. Weather Impact Contractor shall immediately contact Parks and Recreation staff if inclement weather materially affects the maintenance schedule. For the purpose of this Contract, the National Weather Service (NWS) in Houston Texas, shall serve as the weather forecasting and reporting agency. Any forecast by the NWS shall be deemed to extend for twelve (12) hours into the future. Contractor may suspend operations if weather conditions conflict with the Maintenance Schedule of the fields. If such suspension is deemed necessary, the Contractor agrees to notify the Parks Director immediately.
