Turf Maintenance - Inside Estate Fence Maintain grass at a height of 2.5 inches. Services include triming, edging, and removal of trash and limbs prior to mowing. Frequency: Weekly: March 1 - August 31 Bi-weekly: September 1 - February 28 Frontage Road Turf Maintain grass at a height of 3.5 inches. Fence lines along highway to be trimmed; trash and limbs to be removed prior to mowing. Frequency: Blowing Blow off all concerete and paved surfaces as part of regular maintenance. Fertilization & Pre-emergent Applications * Two applications per year: Spring: Between February 15 and March 1 Fall: Between September 15 and October 1 Landscape & Ornamental Bed Management * Shrubs and ornamentals shall be pruned as needed Bedding areas shall remain free of weeds Irrigation System Maintenance Inspect all irrigation systems quarterly Inspection includes observation for functionaliuty and reporting any issues * Repairs due to contractor negligence will be the contractor's responsibility.
