Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of work to primarily consist of the new construction of a 10-ft tall chain link security fence with barbed wire and mow strip (approximately length of fence: 1,400-ft; approximate square footage of enclosed lot: 60,000 sq-ft). Scope to include all work necessary for the construction including excavation, paving, pole setting, cutting and patching of concrete as necessary, and any other work reasonably necessary to complete construction. Scope includes portal openings for pedestrian and vehicle use; including the motor operated access control front gate for vehicle entry and exit. Scope of work for the gate includes electrical power connection to panels, motor installation and connection, trenching and conduit laying, data point connections to access control, and any other work necessary for the installation and correct operation of the gate.
