7 CES has a requirement for grease traps cleaning services. This includes seven buildings - standard preventative cleaning must be accomplished in accordance with the PWS, services summary, and comply with Texas state and local laws to ensure the safety of personnel. The contractor shall remove and properly dispose of non-hazardous waste, grease and sludge. Clean all systems and fill with clean water as required, and document all safety hazards on all traps during inspections. Service is expected to be completed 100% on time with one discrepancy allowed per year. Descrepancies will have an unfavorable impact on yearly evaluations.
The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, parts and labor necessary to clean outside/inside underground gravity grease traps containing congealed kitchen waste located on Dyess AFB, Abilene, TX. This service shall conform to all of the requirement set forth in the performance work statement. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. Policies and guidance are subject to change.
