Services shall be provided for San Antonio State Hospital’s (SASH) grease trap of 9000-gallon capacity. The required services to be provided on a quarterly schedule or as needed. Services are grease trap waste removal, preventive maintenance, and as needed repair services. Grease trap cleaning and removal of grease trap waste to include but not limited to: a) Scraping and rinsing grease traps. b) Pumping out grease traps. c) Inspection of piping baffles to ensure proper operation of grease trap flow. d) Documenting services on manifest for waste disposal. e) Providing the facility with manifest and invoice showing that facility waste was properly disposed. f) Performing all services in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
