Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rockwall ISD is seeking a partnership with a qualified graphic designer to facilitate and assist in designing new logos and branding initiatives throughout the District as determined by the Communications Department. The District’s goal is to deliver the above-mentioned services in a manner that provides a high level of integrity, professionalism and at a high level of reliability while at the same time minimizing the cost of initiatives for the District. Specifications to include: The successful respondent(s) must: Have at least five years of graphic design experience Be able to provide an up-to-date portfolio of graphic design work Have strong organizational and communication skills Have earned a degree or advanced certification in visual communication, journalism, marketing, advertising, public relations, design, or a related field Have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Have access to Adobe Creative Suite Showcase Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator proficiency Ensure that each designed piece aligns with the Visual Identity Guide of the Rockwall ISD Collaborate with the Chief of Communications, District Webmaster and Communications Coordinator on Rockwall ISD projects Have experience utilizing project management software Have strong copyediting skills Have an advanced knowledge of branding and marketing Have the ability to deliver projects and materials on time and on budget Have the ability to manage multiple creative projects
