Because of the University’s increased workload, additional Graphic Design agreements are required to meet our anticipated demand and timeline. Once a service provider is selected, all work under the As Needed Agreement will be initiated by the Communications and Marketing Office at PVAMU. The vendor will then receive project details including: project duration, timelines, date and time of event and/or deadlines, description of desired deliverables and project scope of work. Vendor will then provide PVAMU with a cost estimate that will include, in writing, the project initiation details so that both vendor and University are in agreement as to the nature/scope of the project to be completed. Upon agreement, the Communications and Marketing Department purchase order will be issued for each project. Compensation will be made to the contracted vendor in accordance with University guidelines.
