Specifications include, but are not limited to: Graphic design services for the design ofthe monthly Reporter newsletter, which isone letter-sized sheet (8.5 x 11inches), printed front and back. The files for the newsletter will be provided by the City mid-month. All copy for the newsletter will be provided by the City’s Communications and Public Engagement Department. Creation of graphics such design elements to accompany articles shall be included. Photographs for the newsletter will be provided by the Communications and Public Engagement Department. The required turnaround time is five (5) days from receipt of the text copy and photos to first review draft. The newsletter must be sent to the printer by a specific day each month, typically between the 15thand the 20th, to ensure newsletters are printed in time for insertion into the utility bills. Printing is NOT a part of thisrequest for quotations. For information purposes, the printing will be done on 60# gloss paperusing CMYK full-color ink with fullbleeds. Graphic design services for the creation of advertisements, social media graphics, posters, brochures, graphics for videos, annual reports, and other graphic design workquoted as price per hour for 20 hours each month. Copy and photos provided by the Communications and Public Engagement Department.The scope of design work will vary from month to month, so some flexibility in managing varying projects each month is needed.
