Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is inviting proposals for graphic design services for the Food and Nutrition program. Vendor will work with TDA staff to have access to internal programs as required to complete project and to answer any questions. The awarded vendor must be able to perform the following work: 1. Work from conceptualization of design to final product 2. Ensure accuracy of design for all pieces of the specific project including color separations, halftones, graphic design and layouts 3. Develop interesting and appealing design layouts 4. Work with TDA regarding layout, design, structural and printing specifications and deadlines 5. Provide preliminary design in PDF format via email to appropriate staff. 6. Ensure that reviews and edits are included as part of the project review and approval process. 7. Once final artwork is approved provide a copy of the final artwork native files to TDA staff via cd and/or external hard drive provided by TDA. Native files may include artwork saved in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or other design program format 8. Assist TDA staff by attending press checks and providing feedback, upon request 9. Must be able to investigate and provide prototypes for presentation materials, if requested 10. Establish detailed timelines and be able to manage numerous tasks simultaneously 11. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
