The City of Baytown is accepting sealed written proposals from well-qualified multidisciplinary firms/consultants to perform disaster recovery project administration and professional services. These services are being solicited to assist the City of Baytown in its application and administration of a contract or contracts (up to three), if awarded, from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program of the General Land Office, Harris County Community Development and/or Houston-Galveston Area Council. Funding may also originate from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and/or the State of Texas, the Texas General Land Office, the Houston-Galveston Area Council and/or any other state, federal, county or local for profit, non-profit or private entity. The City of Baytown is considering applying for such funding to support disaster recovery/mitigation infrastructure projects within the city limits of Baytown.
