IV.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS Cost will be a factor but not necessarily the primary factor in this decision.A separate complete fee schedule of all services available should be provided in the event that additional services were to be required.V.PROJECTED SCOPE OF WORK Grant administration and management services shall include, but not be limited to, standard tasks necessary for the implementation of the project in conformance with the HUD approved Community Project Funding, including:•Adherence to Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards at 2 CFR Part 200.•Adherence to Environmental Review Requirements under the NationalEnvironmental Policy Act, HUD’s NEPA-implementing regulations and allappropriate federal environmental and historic preservation laws, regulations,and Executive Orders.•Monitoring of the performance of consultants against the goals and performance standards stated in the terms and conditions of the grant.•Ensure, as required:•Fair Housing Compliance.•Equal Employment and Procurement Compliance;Section 3 Compliance.•Section 504 Compliance.•Review or update of adopted Language Access Plan.•Compliance with Complaints and Grievance Procedures for Compliance Plans.•Labor Standards Compliance (if required)
