The Texas Historical Commission (THC) seeks a qualified individual or firm to furnish two (2) six-passenger electric golf carts meeting the specifications outlined below. The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver the units in complete and operational conditions. Awarded vendor must meet IFB criteria listed in Section II, 2.6 Bid Requirements and 2.12 Past Performance. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the requirements contained in this IFB. Services set forth using the words “must” or “shall” are mandatory and must be provided as specified with no alteration, modification, or exception. Services set forth using the words “may” or “can” allow Bidders to offer alternatives to the manner the goods/services are provided.
