Tarleton State University (herein referred to as "Tarleton"), an institution of higher education located in Stephenville, Texas, with additional campus locations, is seeking to enter into an agreement with a single vendor to provide expert consultancy services in global cost management and business strategy. The purpose of this engagement is to support Tarleton in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and improving spend visibility. The selected Consultant shall deliver strategic analysis, actionable recommendations, and implementation support across the University's operations. The Consultant must have demonstrated expertise and a successful track record in providing similar services to complex organizations. The Consultant shall possess the necessary qualifications, resources, and capabilities to perform the services outlined in this scope.
