Remove and dispose of existing Photinias from designated areas along the east and west sides of the campus. Install Eagleston, Oakleaf, and Liberty Hollies in designated areas. Irrigation Convert existing zones with spray heads to drip zones with drip rings for each new Holly in the eastside planting area. Install two new irrigation zones for drip rings for each new Holly in the westside planting area. Install an irrigation sleeve under the concrete parking lot from the existing controller located on the south side of 5910 W Plano Pkwy to the turf area south of the building (see reference plans for approximate location route). Install retaining walls along the north and south sides of new sidewalk and stairs leading to the communications pad on the westside of the property. Install Brown Mulch in the designated areas. Install Granite Chips in the designed areas. Install compost soil mixture for landscape bed preparation in the designated areas. Install Palisades Zoysia sod in the designated areas. Install Brown Benda Board for all mulch and hardscape borders in designated areas. Technical Specifications: Photina Shrub Removal: Remove and dispose of approximately 1,340 linear feet of existing Photinias shrubs. Planting Specifications: All Holly plantings shall be centered in the designated planting areas unless specified otherwise. Plant 75 each - 30-gallon Eagleston Hollies 8’ on center in designated locations specified otherwise. Plant 125 each - 30-gallon Oakleaf Hollies 5’ on center in designated locations unless specified otherwise. Plant 14 each - 30-gallon Liberty Hollies 5’ on center in designated locations unless specified otherwise.
