Specifications include, but are not limited to: Glass should be clean and free of any streaks or residue. Any issues with the glass should be reported to the designated Trinity Metro employee immediately. The T&P Building may be closed periodically for events. The successful contractor shall bill Trinity Metro monthly with all locations on one invoice. The invoice shall be itemized per service. Properties may be added or deleted during the course of the contract. All contractors must operate in a manner that complies with all local, federal and state laws, rules and regulations concerning their appropriate application to each location. The Contractor should furnish all necessary materials, labor, transportation, equipment, waste disposal, etc. The Contractor shall be responsible for conducting the work in a manner which ensures the safety of employees and bus/train riders, as well as the Contractor’s employees. The contractor shall provide all supervision and skilled and unskilled labor needed to perform the work. Contractor shall be responsible for the conduct and workmanship of subcontractors engaged in the Project and for subcontractor’s compliance with the terms of this Scope of Work. The Contractor is responsible for the behavior and workmanship of subcontractors while on Trinity Metro property. Any work performed by the contractor beyond this Scope of Work without written direction from the Facilities or Rail representative will be at the contractor’s own risk and at no cost to Trinity Metro. At any time during the Project, Trinity Metro reserves the right to stop work for the protection of employees or bus/train riders, security, or any other reason at his/her discretion. The contractor is responsible to properly remove and dispose of all debris related to their work, including, but not limited to, glass, electrical, mechanical, sanitary accessories, packing materials, uninstalled materials and/or environmental waste.
