7.1 Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are as needed general building maintenance services at the Rio Grande State Supported Living Center. The Contract Administrator shall contact the Contractor for an estimate. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation required to perform all services. The Contractor shall be responsible for taking field measurements prior to starting work. The Contractor shall be responsible for supervision of its employees and Subcontractor employees, together with clean up and proper disposal of any site work waste. The Contractor shall provide the below services: a) Installation and/or repair services i.e.: 1) Installation of flooring, concrete, fencing, tile work 2) Maintenance and repair of doors and door hinges with possible modifications to walls to reinforce doors. 3) Replace light bulbs. b) General carpentry/miscellaneous work i.e.: 1) Minor building repairs/remodeling 2) Minor furniture repairs including assembling/disassembling. 3) Window and Glass repairs including routine or emergency glass breakage repair/installation. 4) Painting-exterior and interior 5) Welding 6) Bathroom remodeling
