Specifications include, but are not limited to: Houston Community College (“HCC”) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested attorneys and law firms to provide Legal Services on an as needed or case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). HCC will be selecting firms to be part of a pool of qualified attorneys/law firms for the following three (3) categories of work: • General Education Services; Selected Counsel will provide legal advice and representation for Trustee Elections, Public Procurement Law, Contracts, Higher Education, and Student Matters, excluding Labor & Employment, and Immigration; • Public Financial & Tax Services; and • Real Estate & Construction Services
