the full development and construction of the Alamo Heights Pool Pocket Park project. The proposals shall include the following: A) Pre-Construction Services • Development of Construction Schedule and Budget at final phase of Design; • Provide recommendations on construction feasibility; • Advise on availability of materials and labor; • Assist in value engineering services for the project, if necessary; and • Schedule and conduct pre-construction meeting with owner, architect and contractor. B) General Contractor Services • Provide and maintain a construction schedule; • Full-time onsite supervision and field engineering; • A monthly report on engineering, purchasing, construction, schedule, and cost forecast; • Define any self-performed work and include plan to secure a minimum of one bid to compare costs of self-performed work to; • Receive and award subcontractor bids; • Supervise and direct the work of subcontractors; • Provide a project superintendent on a full-time basis for the duration of the project;
