Scope of Work – General Construction Services RFP 25-013 This Scope of Work outlines the general construction services required by Raymondville ISD and applies to all campuses and facilities within the district. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform various construction-related tasks. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, renovations, repairs, maintenance, and new construction projects involving structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, painting, site work, and other related trades. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local building codes, as well as with the Texas Education Code, including §44.031, which governs school district procurement and competitive bidding requirements. The contractor shall also adhere to the Texas Government Code Chapter 2258, which mandates compliance with prevailing wage rates for laborers and mechanics working on public projects.
