Refuse shall mean the day-to-day accumulations of discarded putrescible and non-putrescible Agency and kitchen waste. Waste shall include but is not limited to: a) Food, whole and scraps, cooked and raw, and food residues b) Food packaging and materials associated with food storage and preparation c) Housekeeping waste such as cleaning agent packaging and cleaning supplies d) Soiled cardboard, boxes, and paper e) Plastic and foam-like substances such as food containers, wraps, and bags f) Small appliances such as vacuum cleaners, kitchenware, and televisions g) Christmas trees and house plants h) Non-recyclable plastics and cardboard i) Incidental quantities of construction and demolition materials from Agency projects
