Specifications include, but are not limited to: A&M-Central Texas is seeking professional graphic artists to provide graphics, branding and design services, videography, and digital communications and development for the University. Our library of previous marketing ads and collateral, develop a cohesive variety of images that reflect the mission and image of the University. Working directly with the Marketing & Communication Department, the Respondents shall be legally qualified to practice in the jurisdiction where the project is located and experienced in providing design services for colleges and universities. The Respondents shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, producing design for ads in a variety of media and: • Using the University brand guide, utilize defined repeatable process of discovery, sketching capabilities, revision, production design, and when necessary, fabrication or fabrication management and installation to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive “look” for all design materials • Be capable of managing multiple large projects at one time • Be capable of working collaboratively with flexible work teams, accept artistic direction from Interim Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, and help constituencies develop consistently highquality products for their programmatic areas • Be capable of consulting on brand vision, brand aesthetic, brand awareness and brand vibrancy and be able to provide references to meet these requirements • Be able to accomplish video and editing capabilities (either directly or via sub-contract) to support ancillary needs of the institution. Respondents must have examples of such content. • Create graphics, use stock photography, and work collaboratively with a variety of faculty, staff, students, administrators and project managers to ensure timely delivery of items, in many cases through the production process.
