GISD PHASE 2 ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS

• The proposed group of projects consists of 2 project sites in Gainesville, TX. • Gainesville Junior High School o Replace roof on the entire school o All new HVAC RTUs o Cafeteria expansion addition o ADA upgrades o New security fencing and gates o Enclosure existing exterior “F” hall o Replace fire alarm system • Gainesville High School o Renovations to the Secure Entry Vestibule and Administration area. o Replace PA System o New CTE addition, a majority of which will be an ICC 500 rated storm shelter. The addition will include the following program spaces:  Black Box Theater  Visual Arts Classroom/Lab  Health Science Calssroom/Lab  Culinary Arts Classroom/Lab o Renovation of Existing Robotics Classroom/Lab
