Specifications include, but are not limited to: TJJD is seeking a Respondent to provide a Texas Education Agency (T.E.A.) approved online platform for high school equivalency testing and pretesting. The Respondent is expected to: 1. Provide Pearson VUE High School Equivalency (HSE) Online Pretesting and Testing platform/program. Pearson VUE is the only platform approved by T.E.A. This will enable TJJD to establish online testing centers as per T.E.A. requirements. 2. Be Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP) Certified or have the ability to become TX-RAMP Certified. 3. Provide access to online testing services at multiple TJJD locationsas identified in Exhibit D, Service Locations. 4. Collaborate with TJJD to address test-takers’ accommodation issues and requests. 5. Collaborate with TJJD to develop online testing policies and procedures consistent with TJJD protocols and confidentiality policies. 6. Provide necessary training to TJJD education personnel at each identified facility regarding the implementation of high school equivalency online pretesting & testing relative to the Respondent’s programming. 7. Provide identified TJJD education division personnel access to all TJJD student high school equivalency testing data and reports. 8. Generate reports for TJJD administrative staff when requested to include: a. Test Scores; b. Pre-Tests Scores; c. Number of students participating in GED programming online; d. Number of students tested; e. Number of students earning their GED; f. Number of cancellations or no-shows; and g. Number of rescheduled tests. 9. Provide ongoing consultation and updates throughout the term of the contract. 10.
