Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas Tech University ("TTU"), including the School of Veterinary Medicine in Amarillo, Texas is seeking competitive responses to a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for a Fuel Station Provider for TTU Fleet. • Proposer(s) will be responsible for providing the appropriate amount of Goods to all TTU vehicles and equipment at the proposer’s fuel station sites. • Proposer(s) can meet TTU’s contract needs by fulfilling one of the following competitive financial arrangements: o Proposer(s) will issue TTU flat rebate amount to be issued to TTU on a monthly basis based on TTU sales of Goods and Services. o Proposer(s) will develop, maintain, and distribute discount codes for each TTU Department to operate at the fuel pump station onsite. o Proposer(s) can submit another viable financial arrangement option to qualify and meet the needs of the proposed contract. • Proposer(s) shall provide fuel, as needed, for the following vehicle/equipment types, including, but not limited to: o Agricultural/farm equipment, including: • Large equipment backhoe, loader, tractor, motor grader, etc.; o Passenger vehicles; o Buses; o Golfcart/utility vehicles; o Industrial equipment, as may be used in machinery; o Light duty trucks/SUVs/Vans; o Medium commercial/heavy duty trucks; • Trash trucks, snow plows, etc.; o First responder vehicles; o Additional specialty vehicles/equipment, including, but not limited to: • Lawn mowers; • Research Equipment; and • ATVs/UTVs. • Proposer(s) must accept Voyager Card transactions. o Voyager Cards are the mandated payment method TTU must utilize to abide by state regulations. o Voyager Card is maintained on the Voyager Network and is not a Visa or MasterCard.
