Provide four new packaged rooftop air conditioning units on an outdoor slab to replace four existing units. The new equipment shall meet or exceed the performance of the existing systems and meet all project specifications. Unit shall be 100% run tested before shipping. 1.2 Vendor is to supply all the equipment and materials. Vendor is responsible for the final integrity, functionality, and operability for the four new air conditioning systems including all installed components. Vendor to verify the dimensions of the existing installation. Vendor is responsible for connecting new equipment to existing supply air (SA) and return air (RA) duct system and providing new ductwork as needed. Vendor shall provide new duct smoke detectors, fire stats, and any other components that will be demoed with the existing system.
