Storage space shall meet or exceed the following: A. A minimum of four (4) fully enclosed garage style storage units suitable for boats, each unit with the following requirements. 1) Minimum height of fourteen (14) feet. 2) Minimum width of twelve (12) feet. 3) Minimum depth of forty (40) feet. 4) Minimum of one (1) Garage-style roll-up metal door per unit, each with the following requirements. a. Minimum opening height of fourteen (14) feet. b. Minimum opening width of twelve (12) feet. 6) Minimum of one (1) 120-volt duplex outlet inside each unit 7) Flooring shall consist of concrete capable of supporting heavy vehicles, boats, trailers, and equipment. 8) Spaces shall be fully enclosed, preventing water, wind, and sunlight from entering. 1.2. Driveway and apron shall consist of all-weather material capable of supporting heavy vehicles and trailers in wet weather conditions. 1.3. Driveway and parking space shall provide sufficient space allowing the maneuvering of a truck and 30ft boat on a trailer in and out of the facility, and in and out of each unit.
