Contractor shall provide mechanics to supplement current government Vehicle Maintenance (VM) personnel workload on Fort Bliss, Tx. The contractor shall provide all base level, mobile, scheduled and/or unscheduled maintenance; preventative maintenance inspections/tests; Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) inspections; one-time inspections; service bulletins; and safety recalls in accordance with this PWS. The contractor shall repair/replace unserviceable parts, assemblies, subassemblies, OEM attachments, and components.

3. Amend attachment 4, 6 month extension under the Base Plus Option Years column, from 2,080 hours to 1,040 hours for the Heavy Equipment Mechanic and the Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
