To secure multiple food truck vendors to serve approximately two thousand (2,000) ACC Employees within a ninety (90) minute time period to provide lunch combination menu options solely for ACC employees, staff, and faculty, for the College's General Assembly Event on Friday, September 26, 2025 at ACC's Highland Campus (HLC), 6101 Highland Campus Drive, Austin, TX 78752. Selected respondents shall provide mobile food services in a safe and professional manner at the designated staging area and set-up locations within HLC C ampus. All successfully awarded mobile food truck vendors must be able to serve between one hundred fifty (150) to two hundred fifty (250) lunch combinations within the allotted 90-minute time period, therefore efficiency and planning are of the utmost importance to the success of the event.
