The required services to be provided are floor replacement services at the Rusk State Hospital bldg. 536. The Contractor shall install 600 square feet of new hardwood flooring and repair/replace the subflooring where needed. The Contractor shall assess subflooring and replace all damaged and rotted areas. The Contractor shall replace/repair floor joist as needed with treated lumber. The Contractor shall add 90 feet of wax treated 4X6 beams to the center section of the building on the first floor where the support beam has failed. The subflooring shall be replaced with treated lumber to match existing floor elevations. The Contractor shall replace the flooring with a ¾ inch hardwood flooring to match existing elevation seam direction, grade, and color. Replace all baseboards and trim to match. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete work to manufacturers guidelines.
