The Contractor shall remove existing flooring, install new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and repair and paint all walls in offices 601 through 611 located at the HHSC Region 04 facility in Tyler, TX. Remove Existing Flooring, Install New Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and Paint walls. • The Contractor shall remove all carpet flooring. • The Contractor shall provide flooring repairs if needed and will be responsible for prepping prior to the installation of the new flooring. • Replace flooring with new LVT flooring which will be Saddle Bartuka Oak 7043 (Toli Kareina Asento 7”) or equivalent as approved by the HHSC Representative. • The Contractor shall remove the current cove base and replace with new cove base that will be 4” Rubber Base (Johnsonite #63 Burnt Umber) or equivalent as approved by the HHSC Representative. • The Contractor shall remove current transition strips and replace with new transition strips where needed. The Contractor shall add any additional transition strips where needed. • All walls shall be repaired where needed and shall be painted and textured. • The Contractor shall provide the paint and provide color samples from which an HHSC Representative shall select from.
