Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS), a division of the Texas Comptroller of PublicAccounts (CPA) is requesting information to develop a Fleet Management strategy(s) for State ownedvehicles used by State of Texas Agencies.This request for information is intended to:a. Solicit technical information for possible requirements and options from Vendors who are Leadersin the fleet management industry.b. Share with the Vendor community a high level overview of the State of Texas current state of thefleet management.c. Provide TPASS with an opportunity to ask questions which will help in defining and developingfuture statewide fleet management strategies.d. Provide the Vendor community with an opportunity to provide comments and recommendations onfleet management business, technical and administrative requirements.
