1. Fuel Types a. Low Sulfur Diesel with upper cylinder lubricants b. 87 Octane Unleaded Gasoline 2. No premium unleaded gasoline 3. 24 hour, 7 days a week service availability 4. Refueling locations to be accessible to large trucks, tractors and backhoes. 5. Fuel Dispensing: a. A two (2) way control system with an employee card or P. I. N. b. Vehicle card to dispense fuel. c. The system will have the ability to selectively deny a fuel type to a specific vehicle operator and/or vehicle. d. The system will have the ability to deny any additional service such as cash washes. 6. The vendor shall invoice the City of Big Spring on a thirty (30) day basis. The vendor shall email the City a detailed electronic (.pdf) invoice to accounts payable. 7. The electronic invoice will be grouped by employee name then by vehicle number. 8. Accompanying each invoice will be the following minimum, but not limited to, information on a fixed format ASCII file transmitted to the City via e-mail delivered no later than 7 days after the end of the billing date: a. Date and Time of transaction b. Vehicle ID # c. Operator ID # d. Odometer reading e. Number of Gallons f. Type of Fuel g. Price Per Gallon h. Total Cost of the Transaction 9. The fixed format ASCII file must match the billing invoice.
