Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of these plans & specifications to select a contractor for the installation of a prefabricated restroom along with utility connections at 4533 Sussex Av., Grand Prairie, TX 75052 by the City of Grand Prairie by the Parks, Arts and Recreation Department. The following sequencing of the project is required due to the site requirements for the crane and the truck/lowboy during bathroom placement. 1.1. Prepare foundation and utility connections within 5’ of the bathroom location as per the plans. 1.2. Remove existing mow strip around boulder with minimal disturbance of soil while leaving the boulder in place. Minimizing soil disturbance is important to preventing soft soil that can inhibit the stability of the crane and truck/lowboy. 1.3. Add gravel to the street as shown on plans to provide a ramp for the crane and truck/lowboy. 1.4. Install prefabricated bathroom that has been purchased by the city of Grand Prairie. This includes coordinating site preparation and working with CXT on delivery and installation. 1.5. Continue the project by completing utility connections, concrete flat work, and grassing as shown on the plans.
