The Offeror shall provide all materials, services, and labor necessary for The renovation of an existing 4,552 sf fire station to include all new, layout, ceilings, finishes, millwork. electrical, lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures and kitchen with hood vent. Two additions to the building (1,426 sf and 412 sf) including bunk rooms with bathrooms and millwork attached, office with millwork, a new decontamination room, riser room and turn-out room. Exterior improvements include replacement of accessible concrete parking and concrete ramp, new concrete patio adjacent to bunk room addition, new concrete curb at east property line, new concrete pads for generator and condensing units, new concrete for additional rear parking, replacement of concrete in front of the apparatus bay and tree removal. Additional alternate to include a new overhead bay door to match existing overhead doors, demolition of a workroom, 163 sf building addition for riser room and new work room and additional paving for the new overhead bay door approach.
