The Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District (GCCISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to establish business agreements to allow the District to purchase equipment, supplies and services needed to address the unique needs of the District’s fine arts program. It is anticipated that multiple vendors will be awarded to allow the District access to all needed goods and services. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis to obtain goods and/or services for the fine arts program to include, but not be limited to, costumes, scripts, make-up, theatre props, stage lights, backdrops, laundry/alteration, transportation services and other goods or services needed. Proposers are required to review the specifications and propose on these services. Goose Creek CISD will evaluate proposals and recommend contractors that provide the best value. GCCISD will purchase goods and services on an “as needed basis”. No guaranteed annual volume is implied or expressed. GCCISD will place orders from the awarded contractors according to the best value for the District.
