Notes This solicitation is for the for the selection of a highly qualified consulting or government relations firm with demonstrated success in federal relations, research strategy, and funding acquisition to serve as a strategic partner in expanding the University’s successful access to federal research funding. The successful Proposer selected by University under this RFP will help accelerate the stand-up of UTEP’s National Security Institute, strengthen the University’s engagement with key research funders, align institutional priorities with emerging federal initiatives in national security, science, and technology, while advancing UTEP’s mission as a leading R1 university driving discovery, innovation, and regional prosperity.
