The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting Applications for the Family Violence Program (FVP). The purpose of this program is to provide statewide administrative activities that support and advance the work of the Family Violence Program and Family Violence centers. Statewide supportive Family Violence Services include but are not limited to the provision of Technical Assistance and Training for Family Violence centers, public education, guidance to HHSC, research, evaluation, and liaison and Training for other professionals who work with survivors of Family and Dating Violence, including the criminal justice, medical, and social services fields, and community or civic groups, as provided by Human Resources Code (Hum. Res. Code) Section 51.003(c).
