Provide services on an as needed basis, including but not limited to the following for repair, upgrades, or improvements due to deterioration or failure. Vendor quote will be required and approved by the TxDOT representative prior to the services being perfomed. 7.24.3.1. Framing, dry wall. 7.24.3.2. Hard surface (ceramic, vinyl sheeting and vinyl composition tile), wood, wall-to-wall carpeting, and carpet tile flooring. 7.24.3.3. Windows. 7.24.3.4. Overhead doors, sliding and swinging doors. 7.24.3.5. Drop ceiling grids and tiles. 7.24.3.6. Countertops. 7.24.3.7. Existing concrete surfaces and structures. 7.24.3.8. Walkways. 7.24.3.9. Wood, vinyl, and brick siding. 7.24.3.10. Shingle, metal, or composite roofing. 7.24.3.11. Irrigation systems 7.24.3.12. Fencing not supported by TCI (i.e., decorative custom design fencing and partitions). 7.24.3.13. Handicap and ADA striping and marking of parking spaces and replacement of TxDOT provided signage. 7.24.3.14. Commercial painting services to include interior, exterior, with wood, metal, and plastic substrates. 7.24.3.15. Propane and CNC supply lines and underground lines located in and on TxDOT properties. 7.24.3.16. Tree removal and trimming. 7.24.3.16.1. Prune trees up to 14 feet from ground, as directed by TxDOT. Tree pruning is a minimal task in Spring and Fall. 7.24.3.16.2. Treat exposed cuts on oak trees with wound dressing within 20 minutes of the cut. 7.24.3.17. Emergency carpet and room cleaning.
