Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional shall understand and follow the LCRA Operations/Facilities Moves Procedures as applicable. The Operations/Facilities Moves Procedures is a set of Work Instructions that will change from time to time. Changes to the Operations/Facilities Moves Procedures do not require changes to this Contract and can be made at the sole discretion of the LCRA. All changes to the Operations/Facilities Moves Procedures shall be communicated by the LCRA SME to the Professional. Professional shall participate as needed in a planning and coordination preparation meeting. Professional shall develop a Service plan and communicate schedule to impacted LCRA organizations to ensure alignment, capabilities. Professional shall ensure proper communication with LCRA SME throughout the Service delivery process. Professional shall provide all additional necessary materials, transportation, resources, crates, labor, and supervision to complete the Service. Workstation and office furniture shall be provided by LCRA, as required for any Services defined above.
