The City of Fulshear is seeking interested firms with the demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform professional municipal engineering, evaluation, light/preliminary design, construction management, traffic evaluation, third-party review, right-of-way and environmental services on an on-call or as-needed basis. The City will select a short list of firms for several categories as outlined in this RFQu. If selected, the city will then attempt to negotiate a fair and reasonable price that is consistent with and not higher than the recommended practices and fees published by the applicable professional associations; and that do not exceed any maximum provided by law. The City reserves the right to conduct negotiations with one or more Respondent and the City shall not be obligated to enter in any contract with any Respondent on any terms or conditions
