Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided is the provision of full maintenance and repair services for vehicle fleet upon request for Austin State Supported Living Center fleet vehicles – see Exhibit G Fleet Vehicle List. Vehicles covered under this SOW may be added or removed during the contract term and as the sole discretion of the HHS Agency. All services shall be performed at the Contractor’s facility, which must be located within a 35-mile radius 2203 W 35th St, Austin, Texas 78703. (Section 7.1.3). Contractor shall perform services that may include but not limited to: a) Diagnostic Assessment 1. Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues. 2. Utilize modern diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems accurately. b) Mechanical Repairs 1. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs. 2. Address engine-related problems, including belt replacements, spark plug changes, and valve adjustments. 3. Address transmission issues and perform transmission fluid changes.
