Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wasp Barcode Technologies WDT90 Mobile Computer a) This equipment used in conjunction with the inventory component of the software. b) WDT90 User Manual attached for reference. Upon notification from the DSHS laboratory, the Contractor shall provide the following products/services: a) A yearly service agreement for DSHS and as-needed repair services for two (2) separate work areas that utilize the EMS Barcode System. b) The maintenance and technical support of the WASP software to include the customization of the media recipe forms that currently reside in the system. c) The maintenance and/or repair of the scanners which are WDT90 mobile computers used to scan for inventory. d) Includes phone support as well as remote system management, and system updates. e) Phone services shall be available Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekends and holidays are not included. f) Response time by email or phone shall be within three (3) hours of the request from DSHS. g) Services include assistance with any hardware issues, including software or repairs. h) The Contractor will ensure that software updates are sent to the DSHS Laboratory within one (1) month after release. i) The services include repair of the equipment within three to five (3– 5) business days. j) Most issues should be solved via the phone or via the web. Onsite services will be needed only when deemed necessary by DSHS.
