The City of Dallas (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations that have a need for funds to complete facility improvements. The facility must be in the city limits of Dallas and provide public services in the city of Dallas to low-and-moderate income residents of Dallas. Funding will be provided through Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) funds received by the City from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”). Funding through this NOFA may not be used for any purpose, other than acquisition, rehabilitation, and/or construction activities. Applicants that apply to the NOFA will be evaluated based on scoring criteria described in the NOFA. Staff will submit funding recommendations to City Council based on the evaluation criteria herein.
