Location - Project/building shall not include space occupied by a private child support collection agency. - Project/building shall not include space visited by registered sex offenders and other convicted felons (TDCJ Parole Office, etc.). - Bus stop with an accessible route to the office site is preferred within close proximity of the site. Building - Entire agency space shall be contiguous and located on a single floor. Doors and Locks - Main entry door shall be commercial glass door. All other doors leading to the outside of the building from the leased space shall be metal clad with view slot or peephole. All interior doors shall be minimum 3’ wide and solid core. - Doors with locks and that swing outward shall have non-removable hinge pins, metal frames and astragal plate covering the latch. - All exterior doors will be keyed alike; not on a master.
