Alvin ISD is seeking Request for Proposal for our FEDERAL PROGRAMS CONTRACTED SERVICES PROPOSAL under a one year term contract for a NON-EXCLUSIVE AWARD. A Non-Exclusive contract is one by which multiple vendors may be designated as vendors for the services covered under the terms of the contract for the duration of said contract. Due to grant funding and EDGAR policies, a Letter of Intent will be extended to your company for this NON-EXCLUSIVE AWARD. This Letter of Intent is not a guarantee of purchase for any services through any of the listed commodities. This letter is only to establish you as an Approved Vendor with Alvin Independent School District. Professional Service Providers will be used on an as needed basis throughout the District to provide services to students.
