Perform facilities assessment and related services for future capital planning and maintenance activities for over 120 of the district facilities, including schools, athletic and fine arts facilities, and centralized support facilities. The District anticipates dividing the scope of services between multiple firms, and may designate one of the selected firms to act as the lead project manager, to coordinate and manage the activities of the other selected firms and to ensure uniformity, quality control and timeliness of the overall effort. The District also reserves the right to select one or more “alternates” for the team pool, and such alternates may be asked to undertake services if or when needed, but are not guaranteed a contract for any services.
